MCM is the Company, within the GRUPPO LONATI circle, of which our associated SANTONI is most proud.

MCM holds a position of authority inside the productions departments of our Companies, as its main activity since more than ten years is that of developing and realising cylinders for circular knitting machines.

That is to say, the part that is usually called " TEXTILE HEAD" , with good reason, the technical heart of the machine itself.

The presence of MCM on the market crosses nowadays not only the national borders, but also the European ones, reaching a true global dimension: MCM is actually able to cover the world market, offering a range of high quality level products, and capacity of answering and supplying in short time.

The factory covered area increased from about 1500 m 2 to 4000 m 2 .

The present production capacity is of about 300 cylinders per month.

The present investments have been made for purchasing new grinding equipment, lathes, cutting machines, automatic machining centres, which operate on 3, 4 or even 5 spindles.

MCM proposes itself as a partner for all the Lonati Group Companies: Marchisio, Vignoni, MecMor, Santoni, as well as for considerable number of other customers, starting from the small knitters, up to supplies for machines producers.

MCM does not limit himself to the realisation of equipment on request.

On the contrary, it grants collaboration in development of new machines, application of new technologies and research looking for better and better solutions.

This particular production increase was supported by an accurate staff selection: as a matter of fact, a new pool of highly specialised technicians, characterised by the presence of new forces, graduated in various matters, which is a winning tool to face future challenges.
